Learn how to operate a successful business from this masterclass led by Chef Annalisa Mariano, Director of the B.S. Restaurant Entrepreneurship degree program of the John Gokongwei School of Management in Ateneo. In this four-day (4) course, you will be exposed to key concepts in restaurant entrepreneurship.
